What does it do?
The Vacu Activ Equipment (whether it be vacu bike or vacu treadmill) can burn up to 5,000 calories in a 30 minute session. It aids inch loss around some of the traditional ‘problem’ areas such as thighs, hips, waist and stomach; it also helps to smooth and firm up the skin making it look healthier. As well as helping to improve your overall fitness and mood, it also aids in cellulite reduction and accelerates the removal of metabolic waste products.

So, what do you have to do?
It’s as simple as going for a walk, exercise in the Vacu Activ equipment proceeds in the form of a brisk walk on a treadmill (or cycle on a bike if you prefer) for a period of 30 minutes. During this time, the affected areas are inside the vacuum pod. The Vacu Activ Treadmill operates just like a normal treadmill, except that the chamber’s special feature is the vacuum system that creates the low atmospheric pressure, in which you walk. Using the Vacu Activ Treadmill, the client is literally walking in a vacuum chamber from the waist down. The lower parts of the body, inside the vacuum chamber, experience increased blood circulation and an increase in temperature as the workout continues.
It is recommended not to leave a break exceeding 48 hours between workouts.
Recommended outfit for exercise is a cotton t-shirt, baggy shorts (do not workout in tight trousers- it interferes with proper functioning of lymphatic system) and sport shoes.
During exercise, you should drink 0.5L of still water. You are recommended to drink 2-3L of water a day.

How does it work?
In general terms, the blood is pulled into both the skin and fat layers by the vacuum and walking actions.
